Concept art/reference sheets are essential! The reference should at least contain a front view of the model, although side and back views are also useful. If there are certain details that are only visible from the back, it is necessary to include references.

I reserve the right to post the 3D model I created to all my social media for my portfolio purposes. (WIP, compilations, advertisement)

I am open to communicating via twitter DMs, discord, and/or email. If you have a preference as a client, let me know. Otherwise, I will reach out via twitter DMs first to ask additional questions related to the model before giving a quote.

I will send WIP images and updates of the model at various milestones in the modeling process. You can certainly ask for more/specific updates as well.

3D Model will be tested to work fine with VRM, Warudo and VRchat is optional and I only do basic setup for it.

Please understand that I cannot copy 100% of your references, and because this is a 3D model.

Model will be completed between 15 days - 2 month or more depending on complexity.

An available start date will be discussed, and the first invoice will not be sent until I am able to start working on the model.

Final files will be delivered as a .RAR package to the client's preferred email address.

Payment is made via Paypal Or via local Bank (Indonesia). I usually make 50% down payment (when I am ready to start the model) and 50% upon completion.

I am open to setting up a payment plan so that you are able to pay in smaller increments if that is more convenient.

Refusing to pay for my services or chargeback issues with/ without warning will result in blacklisting. I reserve the right to re-use/sell parts of the model to replace any damage done.

I do not issue payments via "friends and family"

The final model will be sent once the final payment is received.

If I have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund of what has been paid up to that point.

If you cancel/withdraw the commission once work on the model has started, then I reserve the right to keep the down payment (which is 50% of the total price).

I do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction after you have paid and approved the model. Giving feedback throughout the process is your responsibility as the client, and I will frequently ask for that feedback at various stages of the model's completion.

Commercial use such as 3D printing needs to be discussed before ordering

You do not have the right to transfer ownership and copyright to others without discussing with me.
